Eventscape is seeking a skilled Wood Fabrication Foreman to lead our talented crew.WHO ARE WE?

As a Wood Fabrication Foreman at Eventscape, you will:
- Lead the Assembly & Wood Fabrication department, overseeing the space, equipment, and personnel.
- Champion health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance and fostering a safe workplace.
- Manage tools, equipment, and inventory, maintaining readiness for current and upcoming projects.
- Supervise department schedules, time tracking, and staff performance.
- Plan and execute fabrication strategies, ensuring high-quality production and on-time delivery.
- Act as the main liaison between design teams and the woodshop.
- Troubleshoot production challenges, implementing efficient solutions while maintaining quality standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce production time, and enhance efficiency.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in an custom fabrication, millwork, or similar shop environment.
- Experience working with a wide variety of materials and specialized tools for complex fabrication.
- Expertise in woodworking techniques, tools, and material handling.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Commitment to health and safety, with experience in safety protocols and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues unique to custom fabrication.
- Experience in inventory management, scheduling, and quality control.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
