Job Description: Warranty Administrator
Winnipeg, MBOn behalf of our client in manufacturing, located in the south end of the city, we are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join their dynamic team. Exceptional in dealing with people and issues, this individual makes servicing customers their top priority. The successful candidate brings a positive and can-do attitude to the table, collaborating with multiple departments to meet our customers’ needs. With a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, this person adeptly manages various inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. A calm demeanor allows the Warranty Administrator to handle challenging situations with ease and confidence.The Warranty Administrator is Responsible For:
- Resolving customer concerns involving technical questions and warranty matters in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Monitoring incoming warranty units by tracking, inspecting, and logging units upon arrival, directing them to the necessary department(s).
- Managing warranty replacements, overseeing fulfillment, shipping, and tracking processes.
- Escalating potential repetitive high-risk warranty concerns.
- Following up with customers on warranty issues to confirm resolution to their satisfaction.
- Updating the ERP system and trackers with precise and timely information.
You and Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years in a customer service role.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in French would be considered an asset.
