We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President, Corporate Finance, to lead all aspects of Corporate Finance operations. This leadership role involves overseeing financial and management reporting, internal controls, management entity accounting, and analytics. Partnering closely with FP&A and Operations teams, the VP will drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting. This position also includes leading a large team of accounting professionals.Responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor an accounting team to improve financial reporting quality and timeliness.
• Ensure balanced workloads and foster team development to deepen talent and retain staff.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of variances.
• Drive process improvements and internal integration to streamline financial workflows.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance and standardizing processes.
• Manage global cash operations, including forecasting, liquidity, and foreign exchange activities.
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee group distribution schedules, annual bonus pool reconciliations, and deferred compensation accounting.
• Implement strategic changes to enhance overall financial operations and efficiency.

Successful Candidate:

• Designated CA, CPA with a strong technical accounting foundation.
• Experience across both public practice and industry within a large multinational organization.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and navigate global operations.
• Extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
