What You’ll Be Doing

• Manages onboarding and first-value delivery – interfacing with the software development teams and customer delivery teams
• Deliver on the Onboarding & First Value scope that has been predefined by Relationship Manager and Senior Tech Services Lead
• Provides support on technical demos and advisory on project feasibility and technical advisory on setup and new data configurations
• Review reports, recurring checks and other client deliverables being worked on by the junior staff in the technical services team
• Provide adequate support to Relationship Managers and maintain all task management platforms such as Jira and the Customer Support Inquiries

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in technical services, onboarding, or implementation within a SaaS or technical environment
• Strong technical background, with the ability to interface with software development and customer delivery teams
• Experience with task management tools like Jira and a solid understanding of project management principles
• Ability to deliver technical demos and provide feasibility assessments, setup guidance, and data configuration advisory
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to review and ensure quality control for reports, recurring checks, and other client deliverables

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, such as wind or solar energy systems
• Experience working with customer relationship management tools and platforms
• Advanced expertise in data analysis or configuration management
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements in onboarding and first-value delivery workflows
• Previous experience mentoring or leading a team in a technical services capacity
