We’re on a continuous journey to build the most flexible and inclusive programs.Ready for tomorrow: We want to enable your success through interesting and challenging work, performance enablement, and learning and development.About the roleAs ATB’s next Strategy Analyst, you’ll be a pivotal force within our Technology Strategy, Architecture, Risk, and Cybersecurity (TSARC) team and will also support the Engineering and Enterprise (E&E) team, playing a key role in supporting the strategic and operational priorities of both of these groups. Supporting two Senior Vice Presidents, you will serve as their trusted “right hand,” anticipating needs and bringing strategic insights to complex initiatives. This role calls for a proactive and collaborative strategist with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Your ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and foster alignment will be critical to your success. In partnership with TSARC and E&E leadership, you’ll translate strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, fostering alignment and advocacy across CXT and ATB. Your ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution will be key to driving our organizational goals forward.   • Assist in the design and ongoing refinement of strategic roadmaps that drive organizational objectives, particularly for key initiatives. Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure roadmap milestones align with broader goals, leveraging data-driven insights to adapt plans as business needs evolve.
  • Create high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents tailored for senior leadership and executive-level audiences. This involves gathering data from multiple sources, synthesizing complex information, and developing clear, actionable recommendations that support sound decision-making. Examples include Cyber Risk Operating Committee and Chief Technology Officer Reporting.
  • Analyze employee engagement metrics to assess organizational health and inform leadership decisions. Identify trends, uncover insights, and make recommendations for initiatives that enhance employee experience and align with strategic goals. Present findings in a compelling, data-driven format to engage stakeholders in meaningful action. Facilitate discussions with the employee engagement committee.
  • Monitor budget allocations closely, tracking Full-Time Employee headcount and discretionary spending for strategic projects. Provide regular financial performance insights to guide resource allocation and manage costs effectively. Prepare detailed budget analysis reports to support both operational and strategic planning.
  • Serve as a key liaison among multiple business units, committees, and leadership teams, fostering alignment on strategic priorities. Use tailored communication approaches to bridge gaps, ensure shared understanding, and drive cohesive action. Facilitate meetings and workshops when needed to encourage productive discussions around strategic initiatives including Security Champion Program, Platform Pillar, and Role Based Access Control Rollout.
  • Analyze internal and external data sources to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities that impact strategy. Use scenario planning techniques to evaluate potential outcomes and their implications for the organization’s strategic priorities, providing insightful recommendations based on your findings.

Skills, experience & requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education, experience and industry knowledge
  • Experience in communications or marketing, strategic planning and project management is an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and change management skills
  • Technology background and/or understanding is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) is required, with additional experience in other visualization or communication tools being desired.
  • Proven ability to create documents and communication collateral that are fit for purpose, and of high quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Solid understanding across business disciplines including business operations, marketing/communications, and people & culture
  • Passionate about continuous personal and professional development and enhancement of skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and establish positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members
