• $60,000 to $80,000 per annum (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and assist with facilitating, if required, strata council meetings and general meetings.
• Prepare council meeting agendas
• Handle and process all operational correspondence and owner communications
• Carry out directives and follow lawful instruction of the Council in a timely manner
• Prepare minutes of all meetings attended including night meetings
• Assist Strata Councils in preparing annual budgets and planning for capital
• Inform Strata Councils regarding legislative requirements and assist with interpretation of financial information through monthly financial statement review.
• Ensure invoices are received, reviewed and approved

Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience as a Strata Manager (Newly licensed may also apply)
• Proficient in Yardi software
• Has a valid Strata license
• Valid driving license
