Under the direction of the Manager, the Specialist leverages the IM/IT centralized service coordination infrastructure and Project Office resources to enforce quality control points within testing and domain management. Through the application of current knowledge and the analysis of current/future state processes, the Service Coordination Specialist incorporates functionality while ensuring that the end-product supports users in delivering patient-centric healthcare.The Service Coordination Specialist develops strategic plans for Cerner Domain management efforts and advises customers on how best to leverage these plans to manage application development and the introduction of fixes or enhancements. This role supervises the Release Management Analyst.QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceGraduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Science, four years’ recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
