They’ve successfully scaled their team with multiple strategic hires over the past year and are now expanding their product organization.The OpportunityStep into a role where you’ll shape the future of cross-border financial technology. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own strategic products across Banking, Treasury, and Compliance domains while working with a distributed team of talented engineers and designers.What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and growth
• Define and align product strategy with company-wide objectives
• Lead data-driven decision making through market research and analytics
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Manage complex API integrations and vendor relationships
• Navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What You BringMust-Haves:

• 4+ years of product management experience (senior level, no associate positions)
• Direct fintech experience in US and/or Canadian markets
• Strong technical background, preferably with engineering experience
• Proven track record managing API integrations
• Experience with data analytics and KPI development
• History of success in fast-paced startup environments

Bonus Points For:

• Founder experience
• Background transitioning from engineering to product
• Experience scaling fintech products internationally

Tech Stack You’ll Use

• Product Analytics: Mixpanel or Amplitude
• Project Management: Jira, Linear, or similar
• Design Collaboration: Figma
• Data Analysis: SQL
• Team Communication: Slack, Notion
