We want you on our team!Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial analysis for management reporting, budgeting, and strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members and other internal and external stakeholders, including professionals in operations, finance, treasury, tax, and accounting in performing your role. This is a dynamic, high visibility role where you will be a key member contributing to ATCO Structure’s overall long-term strategy, and your deliverables will be used by senior leadership in making strategic decisions which enhance long-term value. What you get to do:

• Develop and maintain financial models and other quantitative analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
• Conduct financial and scenario analysis for strategic planning purposes
• Perform micro- and macro-industry and company research to assist with strategy development
• Produce reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors
• Support the annual strategic and business planning processes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and analysis, including variance explanations, key performance indicators, and trends.
• Liaise and interact with other ATCO teams to complete special projects or initiatives as required.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Commerce
• CFA, MBA, CBV, or CPA designation is preferred
• 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate development, strategic planning, private equity or venture capital, corporate finance, valuation, investment banking, or closely related role.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills including financial statement analysis
• Advanced skills with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and market research products (CapitalIQ, Pitchbook)
• Excellent report writing, presentation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines
• Strong business acumen including awareness of global business trends, and new business opportunities to assist in strategic planning process
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization, partnerships and third-party advisors
• Must be motivated by the continued success of the company, and should possess the ability to create shareholder value in a team environment
