The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise, including Privileged Access Management (PAM). We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team and design, mature, and drive our Identity Governance roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven problem-solver with a proven ability to engage and build healthy relationships between cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvement. We aim to provide world class shopping experiences for our guests by ena-bling data to effectively personalize communication to guests. This person should have experience in retail and a background in marketing technology stack.As the Senior Architect for Marketing Activation Team, you will be responsible for the global ar-chitecture for both marketing and transactional email, push notifications, and SMS. Areas of focus will include:

• Send governance between emails, push notifications, and SMS triggered by lululemon’s ecommerce platform and mobile app, and third party Super apps such as Kakao or Line
• Scale the Automated campaigns (next best action, trigger base architecture)
• Design/architecture on foundational data to support campaign

responsibilities

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and future state global architecture for the Marketing Activa-tion technology stack based on the long-term company strategy
• Research and evaluate new vendors if we go out for RFI or RFP
• Present vendors and solutions to Security and Architecture Review Board
• Collaborate and influence the business and product leaders in the future state architecture and cross functional architects
• Establish standards and processes to empower and mentor the engineering team to stay true to the overall design.
• Design, coordinate, and execute pilots and proof of concepts
• Work closely with our Lead and Principal Architects to design holistic solutions while part-nering with software development teams in implementing the solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry & market trends

qualifications

• Experience designing cloud solution in Marketing Activation Technology stack
• Email and Push Notification marketing solutions ie Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• SMS platform
• Cloud computing services ie Microsoft Azure
• Data warehouse ie Snowflake
• Cloud integration technologies ie Google Apigee, Kafka
• Knowledge of languages such as SQL, JavaScript, AMPscript, Python
• Technical expertise in data security, PII encryption and tokenization is required
• Very strong technical skills with at least 10 years hands-on design, coding, integration, and deployment experience in enterprise applications.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500 – $162,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
