Job Description: Our Alberta based client is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Fixed Asset Expert contractor to join their project starting January 6, 2025 and will run for 8 weeks with possibility for extension. This will be primarily a remote work setting with some occasional on-site work needed in Calgary. Local candidates are preferred but the client is open to seeing candidates based anywhere in Canada.
- The ideal candidate will drive workshops, propose change and delivery strategies, and ensure a thorough understanding of the overall impact of restructuring within a unique organizational environment.
- Previous years of experience as an SAP FICO consultant with a focus on Fixed Assets.
- Experience in Utilities or similarly regulated industries is a strong asset.
- Proven expertise in leading discovery phases and workshops for large, complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of SAP Fixed Assets, Controlling, and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of organizational changes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate workshops effectively.
