Job Description: Reporting to your mentor, the Remote Customer Care, Sales & Team Manager leads a team in customer service and sale associates to meet business goals within AO National. The incumbent will work to protect the interest of customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages teams’ day-to-day performance.
- Provides coaching and feedback to motivate and engage employee outcomes in the attainment of organizational goals and objectives; acts to address gaps in performance which may impact outcomes.
- Leverage a proven outreach program to connect with potential clients through virtual platforms.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations via Zoom, showcasing our products and services.
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product expertise, and relationship-building skills.
- Builds and maintains relationships across Customer Care.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience creating goals and developing strategies to achieve the goals
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product expertise, and relationship-building skills.
- Showcase a strong work ethic, committing to delivering exceptional service.
- Fully proficient in use of MS Office
- Strong facilitation and management skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated abilities of working collaboratively with multiple work groups
