Job Title: Regional Service Supervisor

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Job Description: Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is assisting our client with the hiring of a Supervisor of Service Technicians performing maintenance and repairs across Manitoba and Northern Ontario.
Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in all activities.
Deliver high-quality service that enhances the company’s reputation through excellent workmanship and effective quality control.Pay and Perks:

• $60-65,000 higher for the right individual

Must Haves: Drug testing, criminal check and driver’s license and abstract before offer
Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a technical or supervisory role, especially in a petroleum or similar service-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with industrial and petroleum equipment repair, including electrical systems, is an asset.
• Certifications like TSSA or CPCA are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with computer applications, especially Microsoft Office tools.
• Safety-oriented mindset with knowledge of provincial and company safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract and willingness to travel.
• Based in Winnipeg, MB in-office role, with travel requirements.
