Job Description: A national leader in commercial and industrial construction is looking for a Regional Safety Manager to support their Ontario operations. As the Regional Safety Manager, you will lead safety initiatives, driving excellence across multiple sites within a dynamic team. This is a critical role where you’ll shape best practices in construction safety, ensuring compliance and building a culture that keeps every team member safe.The Role:

• Leading and managing the regional safety team to drive best practices across sites.
• Developing, implementing, and enhancing safety procedures, adjusting for new regulations and project demands.
• Collaborating with government agencies on reporting and compliance, including OHS and emergency services.
• Guiding and supporting teams in risk assessment, safety protocol development, and incident investigations.
• Participating in project start-up meetings, ensuring that safety procedures are tailored to each project.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial and industrial construction safety.
• Certified as a National Construction Safety Officer, or possess an HSE degree or Safety Diploma.
• 2+ years in a Safety Management role with proven leadership abilities.
• Expertise with 3rd party pre-qualification systems, including IsNet, Avetta, and Contractor Check.
• Willingness to travel within Ontario to various project sites
