  • Assist with the implementation, tracking, and administration of marketing strategies and initiatives tailored to advisory and consulting services.
  • Provide support for various marketing activities, including event planning, sponsorships, advertising, direct marketing, digital campaigns, website updates, and social media.
  • Administrative
  • Managing the marketing events calendar, scheduling meetings with prepared agendas, minute keeping, and room bookings
  • Mailing and couriering items
  • Coordinating headshot photoshoots
  • Formatting marketing documents such as presentations, correspondence and standard reports
  • Maintaining databases, client lists and preparing materials for distribution to clients
  • Tracking marketing supplies and promotional item inventory management
  • Gather and compile market research for planning purposes
  • Marketing collateral and digital Requests
  • Updating marketing documents (fact sheets, brochures, ads, bios)
  • Creation of event invites and campaign assets, general firm ads and insight reviews
  • Event Management
  • Sourcing venues and liaising with vendors for Food and Beverage quotes
  • Registration deployment and tracking, consolidating attendee lists
  • Day of and logistics support both virtually and in person including booth set ups / tear downs
  • Ordering supplies for conference and other events
  • Support lead follow up and tracking
  • Budgeting
  • Updating monthly financial tracking documents, providing the team with regular updates
  • Submitting, organizing and tracking invoices.
  • Internal Communications
  • Compiling, editing and distributing marketing updates and success stories
  • Outreach to internal stakeholders
  • Resource and Asset Management
  • Maintaining, refreshing and tracking stock of collateral and promotional items
  • Updating client and contact lists
  • Maintaining a library of general firm ads and tracking of tradeshow materials
  • Vendors
  • Seeking new vendors, maintaining preferred vendor list, scheduling of virtual demonstrations or site visits and relationship building with vendors
  • Conduct other projects and ad-hoc activities/events
  • Provide incremental administrative support to the regional management team as needed

Skills and ExperienceCompletion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business administration, or related disciplineMinimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative or marketing capacity and a demonstrated understanding of the marketing process and project coordinationStrong administrative skills are essential, including organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritizationStrong computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivating with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal skills are required as this role is part of a highly collaborative team where the expectation is that everyone participates in the team’s success, regardless of seniorityMaintain schedule flexibility with event hosting taking place during the week after 5pm.Maintain flexibility to travel within the region, as necessary.
