This position involves interacting with tenants, property owners, and realtors, with responsibilities spanning from showing properties to advising on investment opportunities.Requirements: * Realtor Licence

• Experience: 2-3 years in real estate sales, leasing, and/or property management.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in property management and real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, AppFolio, Google Workspace).
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with local real estate laws and trends.
• Flexibility: Available Friday to Tuesday, 11 am to 7 pm, with access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license.

A Realtor is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and professionally.Tasks:
1. Show, list, and advertise rental properties
2. Perform and manage property evaluations
3. Oversee and complete move-ins and move-outs ensuring seamless handoffs to property management teams.
4. Generate and complete leasing agreements
5. Create and manage property listings, leveraging MLS and digital marketing platforms to optimize visibility.
6. Respond to customer inquiries within four business hours ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
7. Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, and participation in community events.
8. Monitor and manage tenant acquisition processes for rental properties.
9. Provide data-driven insights to clients on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities. 10. Collaborate with the leasing and property management teams to facilitate smooth handoffs and enhance client experience.Metrics:

• Properties on market under 45 days
