  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director. Monitor key performance indicators and provide commercial recommendations to stay on track.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including provincial liquor boards (MBLL and SLGA). Lead the tactical planning and execution of programs in partnership with Trade Marketing.
  • Team Development: Mentor, coach, and empower a team of District Managers through in-field coaching and regular performance huddles. Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee regional pricing strategy, budget management, and activity calendar. Utilize CRM tools to track and report progress on sales objectives.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, onboard, and guide new team members. Create an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our shared success.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to inform and enhance strategic decision-making.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams to success.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong foundation in sales strategy, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

  • Organizational Savvy: Adept at managing budgets, setting priorities, and delivering results under tight timelines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with category management and wine or spirits products is a strong asset.
  • Education & Tools: Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
