What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer accounts, value definition, and customer expectations
- Educate customers on Clir’s products and services to get the most out of their subscription
- Work with Customer Success Management, Business Development, and Product Management to drive customer discovery and internal communications around Clir’s products, services, and future roadmap
- Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities for up-sell and expansion
- Cultivate cross-functional knowledge sharing
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience managing customer accounts, defining value, and aligning expectations in a customer-facing role
- Strong technical background in renewable energy, particularly wind or solar energy projects or asset management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate customers on technical concepts and Clir’s products
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Business Development and Product Management
Bonus Points For
- Certifications such as PMP, CEM, or other project management/energy-related credentials
- Experience with AI or machine learning applications in renewable energy
- Track record of identifying and executing up-sell or expansion opportunities
- Multilingual abilities, especially in languages relevant to Clir’s global customer base
- Familiarity with SaaS tools and platforms used in energy asset management
