Our focus on our people, culture and capabilities allows us to make a difference for our clients and the communities we serve.Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe Project Coordinator shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:Assist project managers with project administrative activities such as scheduling, quality management, tasks tracking.Edit, format and assemble project documents for specifications, assessment reports, warranty reports, maintenance manuals and reserve fund study reports.Assist with contract administration including change orders and payment certification.Assist Project Manager’s with invoicing, and revenue recognitionAssist Project Manager’s with project startup tasks and preliminary budgets for proposalsOrganize and set-up project kickoff and project meetings, office meetings and technical seminars.Develop meeting minutes to identify, follow up issues and assignment of tasks.QualificationsYour Capabilities and CredentialsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and oral communications skills.Ability to work well in a team environment or independently.Detail-oriented work ethic.Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint and MS projectSkills and experience in Bluebeam an asset.Proven experience with deadlines and time-sensitive projectsExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsExtremely detailed orientedAbility to exercise good judgment, anticipation, show initiative and be proactiveEducation and ExperiencePost-secondary educationPrior experience in a similar role within consultingTypical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. - BC Other Areas $48,700 – BC Other Areas $65,700 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in BC (Lower Mainland includes Vancouver & Burnaby)
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
