Job Description: Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will assist in managing all phases of condo construction projects for a general contractor. This role involves coordination, communication, and organization to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress of construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and change orders.
- Monitor and report on project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in condo construction or similar projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field (preferred).
