We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.This role is based in our Vancouver, British Columbia Office.We are looking for a highly motivated Production Support Analyst to coordinate production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.What will you do?Ensuring that up-to-date job control language is maintained and documented for each program that is part of a scheduled production run.Ensuring the documentation and tracking of all shift turnover issues.Contributing to job scheduling and report distribution, as well as data center standards development and enforcement.Monitoring the library to insure that the proper generation of data files are available for production runs and tracks resolution.Must-haveWorking experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management toolsets3+ years practical experience with Operations and Monitoring practices2+ years working knowledge of App Dynamics, UIM or comparable Operational Monitoring toolsetsSoftware development experience.IT System operations experience.Familiarity with large scale logging solutions in a development or operations perspective.Good expertise with main industry databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc)Willing to take a business focused, holistic approach to delivering operationsA self-starter with the creativity to solve problems independentlyAbility to build effective relationships with a range of team members, stakeholders, partners, vendors and business usersExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulnessWorking knowledge of both real-time and batch transaction process monitoring and issue responseExperience working in a 24×7 environment with a hybrid support modelExperience with the incident and problem management lifecyclesFamiliar with operational monitoring technologies and trendsFamiliar with Knowledge Centered Service principlesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent training and experienceNice-to-have
- Experience with SQL environments and SQL Query.
