Job Title: Product Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Description: Location Address: Hybrid – Toronto – 2 days/week (flexible, HM is in Tues-Thurs, team comes in Tuesdays and Thursdays) – need candidates in GTA
Contract Duration: 6 months – to 6/30
Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/weekInfo on 2 positions
Both positions are for same project but will be doing different thingsResource 1:
1 Product Manager (DevSecOps) – Junior Level (CWPP – cloud workload protection platform)
Why is this Role Critical – CWPP DevSecOps gating. Assisting Sr Product Manager with process flow documentation
Key Responsibilities – Responsible for reporting, remediation follow-ups, tracking and process flow documentationResource 2:
1 Product Manager (DevSecOps)- Junior Level (CSPM & CIEM – cloud security posture management, cloud infrastructure entitlement management)
Why is this Role Critical – CSPM & CIEM DevSecOps gating. Assisting Sr Product Manager with process flow documentation
Key Accountabilities – Responsible for reporting, remediation follow-ups, tracking and process flow documentationCandidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 8+ years’ relevant working experience in IT (application development, security etc.), with 4+ years’ experience as an IT Product Manager or Delivery Lead
2) 4+ years’ experience with Cloud Security domains including IAM, workload protection, cloud misconfiguration, encryption, network security, compliance familiarity with security tools such as CNAPP (please define which they have worked on)
3) 4+ years’ experience with major cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP – need at least one of these)
4) 4+ years’ experience with documenting process, requirements, and product informationNice-To-Have Skills:
1) 5+ years’ experience with CI/CD Pipeline tools and processes like BigQuery, BitBucket/GitHub, Jfrog Artifactory, Ansible, Confluence, Jira, Bamboo etc
2) Proficiency in APIs, microservices, and cloud automation tools.
3) 5+ years’ experience in the financial industry or tech/startups
4) GIAM experienceSoft Skills Required:

• Excellent documentation, reporting, tracking skills
• Demonstrable communication capability including verbal presentations to senior leadership

Education:
Bachelors in technical field
Relevant certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) as an assetBest VS. Average Candidate:
Need someone who is very strong technically and able to articulate complex technical terms and translate into business terms; security and cloud technical expertise sought; able to manage stakeholder relationships; strong with Cloud Security takes precedence over nice to haves so someone very strong with the must haves will be considered even if don’t have all the nice to haves
