Coordinates patients’ treatment programs with referring physician(s) and other medical professionals.QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceGraduation from a university program in Physiotherapy recognized by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA). Current licensure in a practicing category with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as a Physiotherapist and eligible for membership with the CPA.Skills And Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated planning and instructional skills.
- Ability to organize individual patient treatment programs.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other professional disciplines as part of a team.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.

Caseload is currently on a medical/respiratory unit though there may be opportunities to work on other units at various times. Rotating position works 1 weekend every 6 weeks with days off around the weekend worked. Supported and expected to supervise at least 1 PT and RA student per year. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus may be available to the successful applicant.Additional ClausesThis position is eligible for up to a $15,000 signing bonus.
