• Membership Sales: Drive studio growth by creating meaningful connections with prospective members and closing memberships. Outbound call sales skills are essential
• Member Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each member feels valued and motivated.
• Administrative Duties: Manage member accounts, and daily operational tasks to keep the studio running smoothly.
• Outreach & Marketing: Engage with the community to generate leads and promote the Orangetheory brand.

• Proven sales and customer service experience (fitness industry experience is a plus!).
