— Customer centric approach for ongoing customer touches for design purposes as well at construction siteWe are searching for a Mechanical Designer / Draftsperson with expertise in the structural steel and custom fabrication of locatable buildings. With prior electrical switchgear and transformer experiences, the Designer / Drafter will be able to utilize these experiences to create drawings while collaborating with fellow technical professionals in this custom building environment.Reporting directly to the President, this is a great opportunity to be responsible for developing the enclosures
that are the basis for this business. The Designer / Drafter will play a critical role in the business, collaborating with the President and Plant Manager for designs that will satisfy the customer.Our ideal candidate will bring knowledge of structural steel, material grades & alloys, and electrical installations to the role, as well as possess solid skills producing technical drawings & documents and be able to discern the essential details from the customers and internal stakeholders.
