We focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can deliver new experiences and solutions that realize value. You’ll gain experience in all aspects of the people side of transformation, including rethinking your client’s operating model, helping them create sustainable value through their people, and helping them manage complex culture and workforce transformation. As part of an integrated team you will work with our clients and leverage design thinking (think personas, journey maps, co-creation) alongside our global approaches to have a meaningful impact for their people and their clients. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in the consulting industry and develop your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support our PwC and client teams on the delivery of client engagements from strategy through to implementationBe a part of client engagements with PwC teamsConduct market research to gather relevant data; analyze the data to identify trends, patterns, and insightsAnalyze and synthesize client documentationAssist team members on the creation of project deliverables and client presentations. Be actively involved in building proposal presentations for new/existing clients in collaboration with account leadsContribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our networkEngage in professional development through training sessions and workshops to enhance core consulting skillsKeep up to date with developments in the industries you will serve, contributing to thought leadership.
