Job Description: Marketing AdministratorBusiness DevelopmentMississauga, ONPinchin has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Mississauga Business Development Group (BD) as a Marketing Administrator with a focus on Customer Service.Reporting to the Manager, Regional Marketing, this role supports the coordination and delivery of Pinchin’s marketing and client development activities.*This role is a hybrid role*A Day in the life of a Customer Service Administrator at Pinchin:
- Inbound Opportunity support (1-855, and website inquiries)
- Association renewals & event identification
- Assist with National Corporate BD campaigns
- Pinchin promotional item program distribution
- Pinchin service block distribution
- Pinchin apple campaign box distribution
- Team Up to Clean Up organization
- Assist with presentation updates
- Market research (as needed basis)
- Assist with Resume updates
- Other administrative tasks as required include but not limited to credit card reconciliation, preparing courier transmittals, tradeshows area organization.
What you bring to the Pinchin team:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an Inbound Call Centre environment preferred.
- Business Administration or Marketing Degree or Diploma, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and internet platforms; specifically including Excel, advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous work experience in a marketing or related role is an asset
- Previous work experience with SharePoint, Canva and InDesign would be considered an asset
- Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation)
- Problem solving and creative thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team
- Able to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Understanding of the environmental engineering consulting industry or a professional service industry would be considered an asset
