Job Description: Job Description:Our client, a dual-listed, publicly traded multinational company specializing in a dynamic industry is seeking seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting to lead and provide excellent technical accounting guidance.Responsibilities:

• Lead the research, evaluation, and adoption of new accounting standards under IFRS.
• Provide technical accounting advice for complex transactions like mergers, acquisitions, etc.
• Creation and review of technical accounting memoranda.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable timely financial reporting.
• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of accounting policies and procedures.
• Aid in preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Engage with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Provide mentoring to the finance team members.
• Keep updated with industry developments and changes in regulations.

Requirements:Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technical accounting, including 5 years in a public accounting firm.
• Profound knowledge of IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with financial reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the technology industry.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and SOX compliance.
