  • Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing routine preventive and corrective maintenance requirements including cleaning and lubrication on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines
  • Work closely with current Maintenance team members to gain knowledge of our equipment
  • Perform simple troubleshooting of equipment and carries out all maintenance activities.
  • Operate power tools and machine shop machinery (saws, drills, milling machines, welders)
  • Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • On problems with higher complexity, consults with supervisor and/or peer mechanics and getting guidance/ instructions from them, in order to fix problems.
  • Dismantle machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs. Re-assemble and test after repair.

Successful Candidates will also possess:

  • Minimum educational requirement of a High School diploma OR GED, along with relevant work experience and trade skills.
  • Physical capability to meet position requirements, including consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs. and assisted push/pull of up to 300 lbs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in an unsupervised environment for extended periods.
  • Ability to adhere to Standard Procedures that align with company-wide Operational, Service, and Safety guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems & strong technical inclination.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and alignment with core values, including Integrity, Trust, Respect, and Responsibility.
