Job Description: Job Description:In anticipation of future needs Robert Half is currently seeking Logistics Coordinators throughout the Calgary region.As a Logistics Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Work with customers to determine frack sand requirements.
• Dispatch third-party truckers and track deliveries.
• Ensure timely arrivals and resolve any issues.
• Maintain communication with drivers, field staff, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on deliveries, quality, and staffing.

Requirements:REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in dispatching/logistics, oilfield experience preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
