Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Vancouver, BC

Job Description: We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and ambitious person to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist in downtown Vancouver for a hybrid opportunity! Whether you’re a social butterfly who loves talking to people or someone already in a business development role, this could be the perfect fit for you.This role is flexible-work part-time or full-time from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, so it’s a great opportunity if you’re a student, working another job, or just want some extra flexibility. The role starts as a 3-month contract with the potential for extension and/or permanency.Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new prospects to set up meetings for your Director. (Bonuses available for meetings booked and attended).
• Reach out to potential clients via phone, introducing them to our products/services and identifying their needs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets (200 calls per day).

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center, sales, hospitality, retail); B2B cold-calling experience is a plus.
• You’re a confident communicator who can effectively engage prospects and articulate our value proposition persuasively.
• You’re driven and motivated to meet and exceed targets
• Comfortable making 200+ cold calls daily, keeping enthusiasm high.
• Adaptable and able to work independently while adjusting strategies as needed.
