Job Title: Kirkpatrick Training Evaluator – Contract

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Description: We are looking for a contractor to provide Training evaluation services for the National Learning Roadmaps for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), College@ESDC.We are seeking a certified a Certified Kirkpatrick Evaluator to provide an evaluation strategy, a framework, and an evaluation report for three roadmaps:The work consists of four (4) mandatory phases:Phase 1: Analyze the Roadmaps’ documentation and prepare the Evaluation work planPhase 2: Build the Evaluation framework and identify/prepare the assessment toolsPhase 3: Implement the evaluation plan and collect feedback/responsesPhase 4: Analyze and provide evaluation report(s)This will likely be an eight-week contract.Requirements:

• · have completed at least five Kirkpatrick learning assessments or an equivalent method, in the assessment of learning and/or training programs for adults
• · three (3) years of experience in collecting data, consulting, and writing training evaluation reports.
• · completed a learning evaluation project using Saba or that required compatibility with Saba environment.
• · demonstrated experience offered coaching services and guidance to project lead(s)
• · a security clearance at the Reliability level or be able to obtain this level
• · bilingual in French and English.
