Job Description: The Wood Automotive Group is thrilled to announce that we are looking for an Internal Service Coordinator to join our team at the new Taza Park Volkswagen dealership which is opening early 2025! This 45,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art dealership will be situated on the Tsuut’ina Nation and comes packed with new cutting-edge equipment, 25 service bays and a stylish, 20-car showroom!About the role:The Internal Advisor is responsible for working closely with the Business office and the Sales team to manage the delivery process of all vehicles. The Internal Advisor will act as a liaison between Parts, Service, and Sales to ensure all departments understand time frames and responsibility related to the delivery process and meeting delivery times. This role will also work closely with the Customer Service team, and will be trained to perform all CSR functions as required.Additional duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Solicit and forward feedback on delivery process to all parties involved.
• Provide reports / updates on delivery status of all vehicles, ensuring proper sign-off has been obtained and customer is satisfied.
• Greet and assist incoming Service customers and ensuring customer satisfaction by asking questions to understand their needs.
• Close out and accept payment on customer invoices and verify invoice totals are accurate.
• Ensure policies are followed regarding processing payments. (Ensure proper documentation and identification of customers is obtained for cheques, service loaners, credit cards and charge accounts).
• Provide customers with a basic explanation of costs associated with service. If questions are too complex, refer the customer to the Service Advisor or Service Manager.
• Answer customer calls and book appointments for customer requiring vehicle service.
• The ideal candidate will have previous dealership experience; excellent organization and interpersonal skills; strong written/verbal skills with attention to detail, with the ability to multi task in a busy environment.
