This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic environment and requires an energetic, curious person.How You’ll Make an ImpactAssist in the planning of Diversity & Inclusion events by collaborating with the appropriate resources to develop innovative campaigns and communicationsManage the D&I calendar to ensure it’s up to dateTake minutes at meetings and provide updates to attendeesMaintain and update the D&I page on InSite including InSite SpotlightsProvide assistance and support to the D&I inbox, respond to general inquiriesPartner with Employee Resource Group on event planningProvide regular status updates on projects and initiativesAssist in the collection of data for monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis of ERG metricsMaintain an organized digital D&I filing systemConduct industry research to identify gaps and opportunities for the D&I and Wellness programsProvide innovative and creative solutions when opportunities are presentedCollaborate and support projects/programs within the department when requiredWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or Diversity and Inclusion programsUniversity degree (Bachelor Degree) or equivalent work experienceExcellent multi-tasking skillsDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong planning, organizational and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate effective time management skillsSelf-starter with a strong sense of urgencyA willingness to learn more about anti-racism, diversity, inclusion and belonging.
