Salary Range: $100k to 110k + paid OT, benefits, bonus, pensionitec group is partnered with a manufacturer in the Heavy Equipment sector looking for an experienced Hydraulics Designer. This individual will play a critical role in designing and optimizing hydraulic systems for their mobile equipment, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and efficiency.Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Develop and design hydraulic systems, circuits, and components for heavy mobile equipment, ensuring they meet functional requirements, safety standards, and performance specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate hydraulic systems into overall equipment designs, ensuring proper system performance and compatibility.
• Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed 2D and 3D hydraulic schematics, component layouts, and assembly drawings.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Engineering Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hydraulic design, preferably in the heavy equipment or mobile machinery industry.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic principles, fluid dynamics, and system design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and hydraulic simulation tools.
• Experience with hydraulic circuit design, component selection, and system integration for heavy mobile equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic components (e.g., pumps, valves, actuators, filters, accumulators) and their applications in mobile machinery.
