Job Description: Job Description:We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will be deeply involved in various human resources functions, including permanent recruitment and employee onboarding. The industry is fast-paced and dynamic, and the workplace is highly collaborative.Responsibilities

  • Facilitate permanent recruitment processes within the organization.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new staff members and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Maintain both electronic and paper personnel records efficiently.
  • Regularly revise policies and/or processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • Actively participate in planning quarterly and annual employee performance evaluations.
  • Address employee concerns promptly, enhancing job satisfaction.
  • Assist in administering benefits, salary, and employee performance programs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor regulations in all operations.
  • Provide support to employees on various HR topics, such as leaves and payment, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Suggest and implement innovative methods and policies to improve the effectiveness of the HR department and the organization overall.
  • Promote HR initiatives that foster a more efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Support the creation and execution of HR policies that align with company objectives.
  • Contribute to establishing HR objectives and structures, including metrics, inquiries, and standard reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using Ceridian software for HR functions
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in benefit functions
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and ability to ensure adherence to them
  • Ability to manage and improve employee relations
  • Experience and understanding of hiring processes, from selection to onboarding
