Job Description: Job Description:We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional proficient in Sage 50, who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Bookkeeper will manage a variety of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires the ability to work on-site one day per week in Etobicoke, with the remainder of the duties performed remotely.What We Offer:

Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately using Sage 50, Great Plains, and Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Update and maintain customer credit records regularly.
• Post general ledger entries and prepare financial statements to ensure a clear view of the company’s financial status.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Perform cash flow analysis and prepare the annual budget.
• Utilize ADP Financial Services for various accounting functions.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action to address discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, including AP/AR and cash flow management.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
• Familiarity with ADP Financial Services is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
