  • Verification of various documents to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word for data entry and document formatting tasks.
  • Conducting general administrative duties as and when required.
  • Facilitation and coordination of front desk activities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • The candidate must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
  • Experience in a customer service or receptionist role is highly beneficial.
