Join us!..Job SummaryThe Expert Data Scientist is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems that can be addressed through data science methodologies. The role utilizes advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from complex datasets, develop scalable machine learning pipelines, and design end-to-end data science solutions aligned with business objectives. Additionally, the incumbent communicates findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while continuously experimenting and iterating on models to ensure accuracy and robustness. Staying current with advancements in the field, the incumbent proactively seeks opportunities to apply emerging techniques for innovative problem-solving.Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Development and ImplementationUtilize advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large, complex datasets and develop predictive models to support decision-making processesDevelop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PySpark, and other relevant tools and frameworksDesign and implement end-to-end data science solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to model development and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirementsTake ownership of projects and provide end-to-end solutions, from initial problem definition to model deployment and monitoringCollaboration and CommunicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems that can be solved using data science methodologiesCommunicate findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations, presentations, and reportsWork closely with Data Engineers to optimize data infrastructure and ensure the availability and reliability of data for analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizationStay current with the latest advancements in data science and technology, and proactively identify opportunities to apply emerging techniques to solve business challenges, driving continuous improvement and innovationExperimentation and Continuous ImprovementConduct thorough experimentation and evaluation of machine learning models to ensure robustness, accuracy, and generalization, iterating as necessary to achieve desired outcomesDemonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving, leveraging technical expertise and creativity to overcome challenges and deliver innovative solutionsStay current with the latest advancements in data science and technology, and proactively identify opportunities to apply emerging techniques to solve business challengesWorking ConditionsThe role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday.
