Job Description: Job Description:We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the downtown area of Winnipeg, Manitoba area for an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be a key part of the team, providing support to the President, ensuring smooth operation of office tasks and effective management of the calendar. This position is situated within a fast-paced non-profit industry and demands strong communication and organizational skills.Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient scheduling and rescheduling of appointments and meetings for the President.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the President.
- Leverage CRM tools to maintain and update customer records as necessary.
- Handle incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate party or taking messages as needed.
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for executive meetings.
- Manage and prioritize a multitude of complex calendar events.
- Respond to diverse inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the daily operations and tasks as directed by the President.
- Develop and draft correspondence as required.
- Participate in conference calls, taking notes, and providing follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Demonstrated ability in calendar management and scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in handling and coordinating conference calls.
- Ability to manage and prioritize various types of correspondence effectively.
- Experience in organizing and managing executive meetings.
