This world-class Crown offers stability, while remaining progressive and nimble. Reporting to the Vice President, the Director oversees the design, governance, and compliance of compensation, benefits, wellness and pension programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent in multiple locations.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of Total Rewards principles and practices and a passion for empowering teams. They excel at building collaborative relationships and inspiring trust across all organizational levels.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provides strategic leadership to the Total Rewards team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Contributes to the design and implementation of innovative Total Rewards Programs, while cognizant of cost effectiveness and corporate strategy
• Oversees executive compensation and incentive programs
• Ensures governance, compliance and regulatory requirements and reporting are met
• Collaborates with external service providers to deliver value
• Mentors and manages the efforts of team members to enhance skills and build organizational capacity

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

• An undergraduate in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources or related field
• Ten plus years of experience in Human Resources, with experience managing the Total Rewards function, ideally in a global environment
• Experience managing and developing high performing teams
• Experience advising senior executives with preference to those who have experience working with boards
• The ability work in both official languages would be considered an asset

About the JobThis role is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of $130,000-$160,000 plus a performance-based incentive and a comprehensive benefits package.
