Job Description: DescriptionOur Vancouver based client is seeking a permanent Director, Finance & Operations to join the team.**Competitive salary ranging from $120,000-130,000**Benefits:

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Finance & Operations is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic and operational leadership in finance and support services. This role oversees financial management, including budgeting, investments, reporting, and compliance, while driving business development and risk management strategies.Additionally, the Director ensures excellence in support services such as food, housekeeping, laundry, and building services, aligning operations with the organization’s mission and values.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and corporate fund management.
• Oversee IT functions, procurement, and contract management.
• Develop and monitor operational policies, ensuring high standards of care and efficiency.
• Manage a team of finance and support services staff, including direct reports and external contractors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation.
• 5-7 years in senior financial leadership, ideally in healthcare or public sectors.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
