  • Lead all fundraising activities, in collaboration with TPM staff and Resource Development Committee of the Board
  • Actively seeking new donors and sponsors for TPM and making best efforts to meet mutually set goals for advancement including database growth and functionality and revenue
  • Managing donor relationships including acknowledgements, tax receipting, meetings and events
  • Managing the continual update of databases to record donor contact and preference information
  • Writing grant and foundation applications and individual appeals, using direct mailing to reach a wide range of potential and current donors
  • Writing final grant and funder reports
  • Researching charitable institutions whose criteria match TPM’s activities
  • Promoting the organization to its donors and maximizing public awareness of the fundraising activities of the organization
