Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Health Care Aide (HCA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide part-time, observational care for a client recently discharged from the hospital in Calgary. About the Client: Our client is a senior male with a history of falls and injuries, requiring attentive, professional support for recovery and safety. Care will involve close observation and light assistance for approximately four hours daily, starting mid-week. Nursing expertise may be required to ensure the highest level of care and safety. Responsibilities: Provide observational and supportive care to promote client well-being. Assist with mobility and fall prevention as needed. Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and care team. Maintain detailed records of care and any significant changes in the client’s condition. Qualifications: Certified Health Care Aide or Licensed Practical Nurse. Experience in home care, fall prevention, or senior care is an asset. Empathetic, professional, and reliable demeanor.
