Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling pickups through TA’s TMS, tracking shipments, and communicating with carriers and suppliers.Responsibilities:The Customer Service Representative Position is the main point of contact to the carrier and suppliers for day to day businessSchedule pickups and track shipments to ensure on-time deliveriesWork with Account Manager to determine best solution for tasks outside normal operations.Utilize tools including TMS and rating system to carry out daily tasksAssist Account Manager in new account startup to ensure customer and internal requirements are achievedAssist Account Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly customer reports as defined by customer requirementsOther duties as requiredQualificationsSkills:Self-directed and good problem solving skillsMust be detail oriented and can multi-taskStrong written and oral communications skillsStrong Customer Service SkillsMicrosoft Office SkillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced environmentEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredLogistics experience preferred but not requiredBilingual candidate’s a plus (Spanish preferred)
