Job Description: Work for a highly respected national firm located in downtown Vancouver. Our client is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their Mat Leave contract opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch legal expertise and guidance to guidance to their diverse client base.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare documents such as loan and security documentation relating to commercial conveyancing transactions and statutory right of ways, covenants, and easements
• Conduct title and due diligence searches..
• Prepare and finalize reporting letters
• Communicate with vendors, purchasers, financial institutions, clients, lawyers, realtors and others.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of three years’ of real estate experience and must have some experience with commercial real estate
• A diploma from a recognized paralegal program
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and document/knowledge management systems
• Demonstrated ability to handle and effectively prioritize work
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
