As an Auto Claims Adjuster you will be personally managing a pending of private personal vehicles, light and/or heavy commercial files – this means you will not be on a phone queue!We want your talentIf you are great at:Thoroughly investigating & evaluating assigned complex claimsNegotiating and settling first and third party personal & commercial lines claimsWorking with Body Shops and Towing companiesManaging stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions on claimsEffectively managing a busy day to day scheduleProviding a great Customer experienceAnd you have:Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related programCompleted or working towards the CIP designationA minimum of 3 years of Auto Claims Adjuster experienceExperience with commercial lines an assetStrong knowledge of Auto policy wordings and Fault Determination rulesStrong technical skills with MS Office SuiteAbility to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and VendorsWe really mean it when we say we put you first.
