Operating in over 70 countries, their focuses are on delivering efficient, technology-driven solutions that help clients manage claims, lower costs, and improve customer satisfaction.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Casualty Adjuster, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional claims service by efficiently investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling wide range of claims in accordance with established best practices.ABOUT THE POSITION

• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively and setting clear expectations.
• Proactively resolve claims efficiently through critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Thoroughly investigate and document claims, conducting coverage reviews.
• Maintain quality standards by documenting communications and reviewing information.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years experience in Casualty Claims Adjusting
• Strong knowledge in Alberta Auto regulations
• Must have valid adjuster license or CIP designation
• Knowledge of MS Office
• CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset

COMPENSATION

• $60,000 – $80,000 base salary depending on relevant experience, negotiable
