We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing supply and stock management processes. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in supply chain and procurement within a manufacturing environment to ensure seamless production operations and inventory management.Key Responsibilities:
- Define and update supply and stock management parameters to align with operational goals.
- Balance customer needs and resource availability through effective planning methods such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Oversee the replenishment backlog and ensure the consistent availability of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
- Take proactive actions to resolve backorders and shortages to meet customer demands.
- Analyze stock discrepancies and execute necessary adjustments to align inventory levels with targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Hands-on experience with MRP or similar planning tools.
- Proficiency in managing inventory, procurement, and supply chain parameters.
- Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
