We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing supply and stock management processes. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in supply chain and procurement within a manufacturing environment to ensure seamless production operations and inventory management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and update supply and stock management parameters to align with operational goals.
  • Balance customer needs and resource availability through effective planning methods such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
  • Oversee the replenishment backlog and ensure the consistent availability of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
  • Take proactive actions to resolve backorders and shortages to meet customer demands.
  • Analyze stock discrepancies and execute necessary adjustments to align inventory levels with targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Hands-on experience with MRP or similar planning tools.
  • Proficiency in managing inventory, procurement, and supply chain parameters.
  • Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
