WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Report to the Manager, Business Transformation.
  • Using lean methodologies for continuous improvement, you will facilitate kaizens and implement countermeasures to simplify complex workflows, reduce waste and create efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine alternative business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Document existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to improve the service delivery chain and to create understanding across teams.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for future state processes, facilitating clear communication, understanding across teams and support change management efforts
  • Using business process management (BPM), you will lead the process design for integrating new products, services, and system upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop user documentation and training materials for new systems and processes, supporting staff and maximizing system functionality.
  • Analyze system configurations and business operations to identify improvement opportunities, promoting a culture of continuous enhancement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Change Managers, and Business Operations, to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency in project implementations.
  • Develop and implement a governance structure that ensures BPM and Lean initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.
  • Lead the prioritization of kaizens, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to initiatives with the highest impact on operational excellence and member satisfaction.
  • Champion a culture of transparency and accountability in process improvement efforts, ensuring clear communication of project statuses, outcomes, and learnings across the organization.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • A post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred (e.g. Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis) and/or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3 years experience in a business analysis role, or a similar business-related position.
  • You have a Lean Certification.
  • Technical systems support experience would be considered an asset.
  • 3 years within Automotive Services experiencing different roles: Call Receiver, Dispatcher, Operations Coordinator, Quality Assurance Analyst or Supervisory role.
